DNA Language Model for Cell Type-Specific Functional Genomics and Personalized Genomes

Understanding the cellular functions and heterogeneity is fundamental to the field of biology and medicine. Advances in sequencing technologies have enabled the generation of vast amounts of genetic and single-cell data, which offer unprecedented opportunities to explore the complexities of cellular biology. Our focus is on utilizing DNA language models to predict cell-type specific gene expression and extend these predictions to personalized genomes. By integrating sequence modeling with single-cell analysis, we aim to achieve a comprehensive understanding of cellular biology, ultimately enhancing insights into cellular functions and personalized medicine.
