Postdoc in multi-omics machine learning and computational cancer biology in Stockholm
The A. Lundberg Lab at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and SciLifeLab invites applications for a full-time postdoctoral position (up to two years) at the intersection of machine learning, multi-omics, and computational cancer biology. The research focuses on integrating biological, clinical, pathological, and medical imaging data to develop interpretable computational models that advance our understanding of cancer aggressiveness, metastasis, and treatment resistance, with applications in precision medicine.
Candidates should hold a PhD in computer science, machine learning, computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field, with strong computational and programming skills and an interest in biomedical applications. Experience in multimodal machine learning, multi-omics integration, medical imaging, computational pathology, or foundation models is particularly relevant.
Application deadline: 15 November 2026
