Postdoc AI/ML methods for target identification for neuropsychiatric diseases at Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC)

Molecular data from large patient cohorts are often used to identify targets for which chemical probes can be designed for diagnosis and/or treatment. Together with collaborators within the institute for chemical neuroscience (iCNS), we are building the the Netherlands Neurogenomic Database, a multimodal and multiscale atlas of neuropsychiatric samples from the Dutch brain Bank. Your role is to develop new AI/ML methods to identify novel targets based on this unique database. This will likely involve multimodal representation learning methods but you are free to steer this role as you see fitting.
