Fully funded full-time PhD position for 4 years in the Computational Interaction group, led by Prof. Luis A. Leiva (ELLIS member), as part of the Computer Science Department at the University of Luxembourg.
This PhD position is unique in the sense that it's not tied to a particular research project; it's up to the candidate to decide the research direction.
The ideal candidate is expected to have a mixed background in Machine Learning and Human-Computer Interaction. Expertise with Vision-Language Models or Multimodal Large Language Models will be highly appreciated. Excellent commandment of the English language (reading, writing, speaking) is a must.
