Postdoc in Human-Computer Interaction with Explainable AI at University of Copenhagen
The Natural Language Understanding Research group at the Department of Computer Science is offering a postdoc position on a new interdisciplinary project on “Human-Centered Explainable Retrieval-Augmented LLMs” funded by the Independent Research Foundation Denmark, led by Isabelle Augenstein and Irina Shklovski.
The start date is expected to be 1 September 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
The postdoc position is offered for three years and open to candidates with a PhD degree in Computer Science or another relevant field. The postdoc’s duties will be to conduct research on user-centric RAG and information needs of people interacting with AI. The ideal candidate would thus have an educational background, prior research or work experience at the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction and Natural Language Processing.
