Meet Leonie Weissweiler, a Postdoc at Uppsala University 🇸🇪 and ELLIS Member. Her area of research covers Natural Language Processing, Computational Linguistics, Language Model Interpretability.
She says she’s accepted a position as assistant professor for Natural Language Processing at Leipzig University. She’ll be the first ever female professor for Computer Science at Leipzig, and she’s already looking forward to planning new initiatives to encourage more female students. 👏
