Say hello to Julia Vogt, Professor at ETH Zurich 🇨🇭 Her research interests lie at the intersection of machine learning and medicine, aiming to improve diagnosis and treatment outcomes for patients.
She’s an ELLIS Scholar and member of the ELLIS Unit Zurich.
In particular, she’s proud of the development of a freely available tool that clinicians can use in their daily routine to support the diagnosis and management of appendicitis in children. This is especially meaningful to her, as it goes beyond publishing a research paper—it brings their methods and tools into real-world clinical practice.
