Meet Isabelle Augenstein, Professor at Department of Computer Science, University of Copenhagen - DIKU 🇩🇰. Her area of research includes natural language processing and explainable AI.
She's an ELLIS Scholar and member of the ELLIS Unit Copenhagen and the ELLIS Program: Natural Language Processing.
For up and coming female scientists, Isabelle says, "Becoming a successful scientist is about so much more than having the relevant technical skills or knowledge. It's also about career management -- what positions to take on, strategising what to work on when and with whom, and being part of relevant networks."
