Meet Angela Dai, Associate Professor at TUM 🇩🇪, ELLIS Scholar and Member of the ELLIS Unit Munich and ELLIS Program Learning for Graphics & Vision
Her area of research covers computer graphics; computer vision; 3D scene understanding and generation. A particular achievement is she and her team releasing the second version of ScanNet++, which addresses a crucial need for high-fidelity 3D data reflecting the complexity and diversity of real-world scenes. As for the #WomeninELLIS campaign, she says, “This seems like a great way to celebrate the incredible work being done by women in ELLIS and highlight diverse perspectives, and I’m honored to be part of it.”
