ELLIS Unit Darmstadt: Pre-EMNLP International Networking Symposium in Darmstadt
TU Darmstadt is organizing a pre-EMNLP international networking symposium in Darmstadt, taking place October 22–23, preceded by a welcome dinner on the evening of October 21.
The event will bring together leading researchers in NLP, ML, AI and related fields to discuss the latest advances in large language models and machine learning, new directions in multimodal and multilingual AI systems for expert domains, AI for Science, and the persisting challenges and societal implications of language tecnologies — with a shared aim of fostering scientifically-grounded and responsible development of human-steered AI systems. Our special theme will be: “The Future of Science: AI-First, Trustworthy,”Human-Steered”.
