Strategic Responsibilities: 

• Proactively identifying new research directions.
• Shape internal strategy and external partnerships.
• Mentor, develop career paths, set hiring standards.
• Represent the team with industrial and academic partners.

Signature Impact: 

• Spin up flagship open‑source/tooling initiatives.
• Interface with funding bodies and standards groups.
• Institutionalize model validation, exploration and alignment.

Example Initiatives: 

• Initiation of a multifaceted, multi-team analysis of AI models.
• Launch a public dataset + evaluations for a selected foundation model.
• Lead multi‑site replication & reliability benchmarks.

Annual Salary (range for FTE): 190k-240k PLN gross in the first year (+6% annual increase).
