The position focuses on developing graph-based deep learning and optimal transport methods to analyze brain disease mechanisms using multi-omics data, including spatial transcriptomics and mass spectrometry.
The role involves modeling tissue state changes, contributing to drug target validation, and presenting research at international conferences. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in a relevant field, have strong programming skills, and an interest in neurological disease modeling.
