This is a post-doctoral AI Scientist position at INRAE in Toulouse, France, focused on computational protein design for "AI4good" initiatives.
The role involves developing, training, and testing deep learning architectures to generate and evaluate protein structures and sequences with specific functions, particularly for viral targets (that will be tested in practice, in collaboration with virologists). The ideal candidate will have strong Python and deep learning skills (Torch, GNNs, generative models like DDPMs, Transformers, xLSTM,...).
The position is a two-year fixed-term contract, renewable for one year, starting in Q2-3 2025.
