Faculty position in Machine Learning at the University of Edinburgh
The School of Informatics at the University of Edinburgh invites applications for a Lecturer/Reader position (roughly equivalent to Asst./Assoc. Prof.) in machine learning.
Candidates will have a research interest in principled approaches to machine learning, machine learning for novel or critical applications, and/or the development of novel methods of wide applicability and with state-of-the-art capability. The School of Informatics was ranked #1 in the UK for research power in Computer Science and Informatics Times Higher Education ranking, based on the 2021 Research Excellence Framework (REF). We are one of the top ten institutions in Europe for AI according to the CSRankings website csrankings.org, and the highest-ranked UK institution.
