What you’ll do:
-Develop a DNA+RNA foundation model for therapeutic design
-Work on generative models for gene therapy and oligonucleotides
-Collaborate with Roche’s experimental labs to integrate ML-ready data
-Supervise PhDs, publish research, and acquire grants
Who We’re Looking For:
PhD holders in Computational Biology, AI, ML, or related fields with expertise in deep learning, sequencing data, and generative models.
