We seek to appoint two experts in developing novel machine learning methods with a strong focus on solving computational challenges for human health.
This comprises, but is not limited to probabilistic machine learning, deep representation learning the Integration of learning from simulations and real-world observations. Potential applications could include the analysis of disease dynamics in population cohorts, the prediction of molecule structures for drug development, the design of deep learning algorithms for biomedical imaging and diagnostic sensors, the management and mining of electronic health records for optimal treatment inference, and the integration of multi-omics data for precision medicine.
