3D/2D neural networks for artefact correction during CT reconstruction

Two Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowships on machine learning for 2D and 3D CT applied to manufacturing processes are available at KU Leuven and Leiden University. These positions are part of the larger xCTing Innovative Training Network on X-ray Computed Tomography (CT) metrology for manufacturing.
These fellowships come with attractive working conditions and remuneration packages, as well as joint training weeks throughout the fellowship. Successful candidates will perform state of the art machine learning research at top ranked European universities. Both Leuven and Leiden boast very high quality of life, and are attractive student cities in Belgium and the Netherlands. The positions come with excellent training and networking opportunities.
