The LIT AI Lab is a research center in Linz Institute of Technology (LIT) with a focus artificial intelligence (AI). The members of the LIT AI Lab have set themselves the goal of AI research and to shape industrial application of AI and to move forward. Under the direction of Univ.-Prof. Sepp Hochreiter, the LIT AI Lab brings together the diverse AI expertise from the Johannes Kepler University Linz.
Job Duties:

Administrative management of the LIT AI Lab

Organization and coordination of research at the LIT AI Lab

Support in obtaining third-party funding
-
Knowledge transfer
-
Coordination with the cooperation partners

External appearance of the LIT AI Lab, webpage
-
Organization of events, conferences and workshops

Financial accounting
-
Experience with management of IT projects
Your Qualifications:
-
Completed diploma or master's degree
-
Experience in project management
-
Knowledge of standard software (Word, PowerPoint, Typo3)

Very good knowledge of German and English (Level C1)

Work experience in the university sector desired
What We Offer:

On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 3,266.20 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IVa)
